Mr. McGinn has over thirty-seven years experience in civil engineering and related fields, including the analysis, planning, permitting, and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, reuse treatment and distribution systems, well sources, water distribution, wastewater collection facilities, groundwater systems, pumping and lift station facilities, raw and potable water storage, utility rate and revenue analysis and municipal systems, district management, water resource planning and studies, construction administration, grant application, expert witness/representation, and administration, and project management.

Civil Engineer, P.E.
Mr. Schwenke has over twenty years of civil engineering experience in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects including water and wastewater systems planning and design, wastewater treatment plant process design, SCADA, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, concrete and steel design and analysis, geotechnical design for water impoundment structures, water and wastewater distribution design, and construction observation and management.

Mr. Mangino has over 13 years of experience in civil engineering and related fields, including water storage, potable water systems, water pumping and facilities design, wastewater treatment and pumping, road corridor design, water and wastewater system studies, CDPHE permitting, drainage analysis and planning, water distribution system modeling, and construction administration/inspection.

Mr. DiPasquale has over 15 years of experience as a project manager/engineer for municipal and private projects focusing on water source and supply, water storage, and treatment facilities. While hydraulic systems have been his specialties, his expertise includes all facets of water and wastewater systems, water distribution system modeling, well design (alluvial and Denver basin), and construction management.
